Creating e-book style highlights and annotation using storyline

I've seen a similar question here, but I do not think that is quite what you're looking for.

It is not a standard feature in the software and I'm not sure if any users have any suggestions on how to create something similar.

Emalyn, Elearning Enhanced do a really neat note feature, where someone can take notes through the course, and it collates so you can print at the end.

Sure I'll post the link here. I also found another note on how to do it. Its a bit weird but you do the text in a web page and then add it as a web object. Then you can copy and paste. But otherwise try this https://elearningenhanced.com/products/printable-learner-slide-notes-storyline
