I have Storyline installed as a desktop app on a WIndows Surface Pro. I can capture video for Desktop apps as expected. But...is there any way, using Storyline, that I can record screens or take screenshots of a Tablet App. I'm prepared for bad news, so...bring it on.
I don't know of a way to record screens on a Surface Pro, but did see this on the Microsoft site as a Surface simulator. I know that it may not always be as exact or consistent as viewing it on the Surface, but it may be a good workaround for you to use.
Thanks so much for this KEY information . I’m currently in anapp developer meeting in which I can bring this up and see if the developerscan help me get the app up and running on this MS tool. Then, I should be ableto do what I want to do, to show the app’s dynamic features. All the best!
Good luck with it and I hope it works - I haven't used it before (I use an iPad) but I know that the emulators can be helpful sometimes to see at least a representation of what it would look like in the app.
