I am facing issue that in Successfactor LMS , client want that end user will not be able to download learning material , Is this possible that we can something create flipbook or ebook which is non-downloadble
Hi, same issue here. Just trying to confirm that the download button is not an Articulate feature and controlled by the PDF publishing process. Can you please confirm?
When incorporating a PDF in Storyline, it'll defer to the PDF viewer options:
While there isn't a way to control those elements inside Storyline, that doesn't mean that it isn't possible to disable them. I'd love to hear if anyone in the community found a workaround for this!
Not a solution to the question here as such but we took a different approach. We were using PDFs created from MS-Word until we decided it wasnt possible to restrict them being pulled down onto a local machine.
We converted the DOCX files to PPTX using a really helpful utility, https://convertio.co/. Then published using Articulate presenter. This resulted in a similar learning experience and the courses cannot be downloaded.

I appreciate you coming back to share this strategy, Daire. Impressive trick!
Please give us a shout if you need anything else.
I would like to do the same thing, but my material has hyperlinks which I need to remain active. Any ideas?
