Hi Brian. Thanks for sharing that example. The zoom region in Storyline will zoom in the entire slide to the section you highlight. There's not a way to create the same effect that you are showing in Storyline.
Feel free to share which program you used to edit your movie file for other folks in the community!
Thank Crystal. I mastered the video in Camtasia and then framed it in the slide. It's just an extra step that would require piece of software, thus making updates more time consuming
