Cumulative survey

Mar 07, 2019

I'm including a survey at some point in my course.

I expect that all my students answer the questions of my survey.

How can I make a cumulative survey, and how I can see the answers of all my students?

Hello Ramon! You can include survey style questions in your Storyline courses. If you host your course in a learning management system, each student's responses will be sent to the LMS for reporting. Every student will have a unique experience with the course. It will depend on your LMS whether you can compare how different students answered.

An alternative idea might be to use a 3rd party survey tool, and you can embed a survey into your Storyline course as a web object. A dedicated survey tool might have reporting options for surveys in addition to what your LMS offers.

Crystal, I have another question. This will be my first course designed launch as a freelancer (I have always worded as ID for companies that host their own LMS) so I'm still hesitating what LMS to use. I'm inclining for using Moodle and I'm just learning how to use it. Do you know if Moodle has that capability? I mean, to use one of your quizzes templets (I included the Linker Affinity templet) and to get the cumulative survey from all the users when using Moodle?
