Custom Certificate to only print answered questions

I have built an orientation for a client in Storyline 360. The purpose of the orientation is for them to review the safe work procedures and job descriptions for the tasks that pertain to them. The course has 100's of scenes (tasks). At the end of each scene (task) they have a true or false questions that acts as a "sign off" to agree that they have reviewed and agreed to what is expected of them. Because the user only needs to review the tasks that apply to them, I need to build javascript that will have only the answered results print to the certificate. Currently, every question prints and its very long. Does anyone know of how I can have only the answered questions appear on the printed results? Or any other solutions of how I can set this up?
