Custom Feedback Update 5: 1401.2415

Hi there, I am working with a client who currently has a 30 day trial (but is purchasing the product at the end). Whilst using their version of Articulate rather than my own, I have found that the Custom Feedback when creating a Multiple Choice Question is unreliable. Articulate recognises the 'Correct' custom feedback, but won't recognise the 'Incorrect'. Can anyone please advise?
