I found how to add a player button to my Storyline files to make them go full screen and while it works on the web, once we create a SCORM package and load it into Canvas the button no longer works. I created this as a player button. I do have a button on a slide that executes javascript and it still works fine in the SCORM package loaded into Canvas, but not the player button. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Can't find a better example but I've had to add code to the index file (open in notepad as HTML) before to make javascript work. Once published but before the final zip. This is the code. Sorry can't remember the location in the HTML code.
That is in there. At the bottom of the page. The Javascript does work when I just play it as a web file, just not when it's loaded into Canvas as a SCORM package.

How can a Rise 360 SCORM package communicate with a custom LMS without editing the code? - Rise 360 Discussions - E-Learning Heroes (articulate.com)
None of the files mentioned in that solution match any of the files in the package.
These are the files and folders I have when I unzip my SCORM package.
The Index_LMS.html file.
Although looking in one of my recent published files and it looks like this code is now included.
Be worth checking its in there for yours. I use Storyline 3 currently.

Hi, Caryn.
I recommend testing your course with SCORM Cloud. Check out this step-by-step article!
If your course works as expected in SCORM Cloud, then I would advise you to reach out to Canvas for help troubleshooting this issue.
I hope this helps!
