Custom Marker

I'm trying to use a white version of our logo in a solid marker to create a "custom marker". When I'm in the design window, it shows up. When I preview the slide, the logo is gone. How do I fix this? Also, is there any way to adjust the logo on the marker in the center? I have been eyeballing but I'd like a more reliable method. Photos attached for reference.

Update: I changed the normal and visited states (see attached) and it's STILL NOT WORKING. HELLLLLLP!
Hi Megan
can you upload the slide with the marker on it - easier for someone to help if they can see your setup
Hi Megan:
I build similar markers to the ones you've created in many of my eLPs.
Hope this helps!
Hi, Megan -- I agree with Wendy; it would be great if you could share your file so we can take a look at how things are currently set and get a clearer idea of what you'd like to do. And also, for anyone else who may come across this thread looking for more general information on markers, please see this tutorial. :)
The story file of the slide is attached.
Hi Megan
I may have a workaround - see the attached updated file slide 2 has the instructions for what I did. I created a new marker on your slide black with a white image and it displays in design and preview mode.
It's fiddly but I don't see another way around it. When you fill with pic it takes over the entire size of the marker so you'll need to have a transparent background on your white logo so that the green shows through.
Hope this helps you
Update: I've had an idea - try adding your icon to the following folder and then see if it turns up in the Icon Fill > Textures options
C:\Program Files (x86)\Articulate\Articulate Storyline 2\Textures
Update to above - you'll need to do the same procedure, create a shape put your icon on top, group together, save as picture. When you insert the picture you'll notice that the pic is not centred correctly, use the format > crop tool to crop the side of the image to remove the extra white space. Then place this image into the textures folder. I've just tested and it worked for me.
Here is the shape with pic.
Here is the marker with the picture fill.
Very cool, Wendy! :)
Thanks Mark, it was certainly a mission once I got started! Happy New Year.
