Custom Menu Help

I am looking to build a custom menu like the one attached. It's a sandwich menu that slides in and out from the left. What I'm stuck on is how to resize instead of overlay the course content and how to do the expanding drop-downs. I've searched online but I'm not sure I'm using the right terms. Does anyone have any resources they know of? Is this possible in Storyline? This example is from a vendor and I think they use Storyline or something similar. I know the Modern Menu does something similar but I'd like to be able to add more custom features. Thanks!

The menu in your image does look a bit different; however, there are a few customization options available in Storyline! An alternative to the Modern Player is to utilize the customization options of the Classic Player. These options allow you to personalize the player colors and fonts that complement your course design or match your brand. We have a great Player Color Job Aid that will help identify the classic player colors here!
