Custom Progress Bar

Hi,

I'm completely new in this product. I have designed a "custom progression bar" that will the tell the user's their progression (slide 1 out 5), current score of point available, and a level of experience achieve.

Can this be designed outside Storyline and integrated later into Storyline? the element design and functionality is similar to a dial with a counter, combination of graphic progression bars and digits. Any similar examples are welcome.

Question 2: Is the progression bar (play, stop) at the bottom of the interface always on? can be re-designed to math an specific layout, including changing position and size?
