I'm building a series of modules that must look the same as the other modules in the course. The problem is that the course originally wasn't developed in a logical manner, so I have to rebuild the modules from the master slides up. I need to add in some lines that separate the question from the answers. Where is the master layout for the questions?

Great question! When working with the Slide Master, you can find the layout for a Question Slide within the Slide Master as a layout:
