Custom Quiz Results Page

Hi All,

We are working on a new e-learning module and have a final quiz. In this quiz participants can skip questions if they do not know the answer right away. However we do want them to receive a notification that they did not complete all questions before they submit the quiz (or else they will lose valuable points),

My question is, is there a way to do this that they receive a notice hat they still need to complete e.g. question 2, 5 and 9 before they submit? (For instance in Moodle they get a red start behind the required questions so that they know they still have to complete them before submitting)

If this can also be done in storyline could you please help me out?
