Custom selected feedback

Hi E-Learning Heros!

I have a request from a client who wants specific feedback for each assessment question based on what the user selected. In a nutshell, we have created questions with radio buttons and the incorrect layer is showing the buttons that were selected by the user and informing them that they are incorrect. Is there a way to show the user the items they selected with a correct indicator on their selections for those that are correct and an incorrect indicator for those that are incorrect. Again, feedback will only be provided on the selections that were chosen.  No other feedback will be provided. I know this is a little confusing but I'm curious if someone can provide some thoughts/suggestions/guidance.
