Custome player is impossible

I can't anymore select the button "Player" in my projet storyline to change options of the player. When I select "Player, a window open with this message :
"Available memory is low. Is is strongly recommended that you close any unneeded applications and save your projet"
So I duplicate, rename and save my projet. I turn off
Any change.
What is it ? What does it mean ?
Someone can help me please

You should also follow Christine's suggestions and make sure you're working on your local C: drive, etc. If you are still having an issue, you can Submit a Support Case.
