Customer issue running course through Sumtotal and Sumtotal mobile player on iPad

Help needed - does anyone have any experience with Sumtotal Storyline2 iPad issues? Our customer was provided a ZIP file published for LMS with these options:
Include HTML5 output, SCORM 1.2
Using the Safari browser on an iPad they are having issues with triggers and state changes that are triggered when pages are visited?
Using the Sumtotal mobile player (3.2) - they are encountering blank question slides (which are drawn from a question bank) that will only show the submit button? (Some questions show correctly some do not)
(BTW - the course is running properly through our in-house Cornerstone LMS on the iPad without a player)

Hello John - You can check out our viewing requirements, including viewing, here. We do not support viewing the output in 3rd party mobile apps, so hopefully someone in the community will be able to chime in and assist.
