I want to make a customised slider in my story. I have got a sample file for the same through a discussion.
I have added another slider in it to practice the same. Everything is working fine in next slide except the slider speed.
The timeline of the slide is of 30 seconds but the slider is taking much more time to complete. Can someone please tell me how to increase the slider speed.
I don't know if this would work for you, but I would use a slightly different approach: instead of looping a layer, I would use an offstage object with a motion path animation that loops and increases the slider variable. Then, with the smallest step size (0.01) possible, you can have the slider move very smoothly. Have a look at the attached file, the second slide.

Hi there,
Could you not just increase the value that the trigger in the 'ticker' layer adds to the slider variable?
So instead of the trigger adding '1' to 'Slider1' - set it to add 3 or 4?
I've just had a quick play and it seems to do the trick?
Hope that helps,
Luke
Hi Luke,
I have tried that too. Try it in my sample file, this increases the length of steps.

Thanks Michael.
