Customization of player in storyline is possible or Not

Currently you can customize the existing Storyline player based on the elements within this tutorial, and here is a job aid on the different color customization you could make. 

Since it looks like you're interested in doing something a bit more customize, I'd suggest you may want to look at removing all the player elements, and creating your own set up indicated above on a master slide (with the necessary triggers for all of your buttons indicated). 

Creating custom skins/players is a common feature request if you'd like to share your thoughts as well.

You should be able to add custom prev/next buttons to your individual slides or slide master. If you add them to the slide master, that is where you'll need to set up the triggers.

In regards to the timer, there isn't a built in way to add a timer within Storyline, but there are some community examples that you may be able to modify and use for your slides.
