Customize the Scrolling Panel

Hi, I have inserted a scrolling panel to contain some extra text on one of my slide layers. It is great for including a lot of text in a small space.

Is there a way to customize the scroll bar in the scrolling panel to match my presentation?  To be clear, I am NOT referring to how to format the panel itself (fill color, outline, etc) but rather, the scroll bar that operates the scrolling function.  It defaults to a grey/light blue generic mess that doesn't look great with my presentation. 

I thought maybe it would format the same as I have made the scroll bar in my notes panel on the player itself, but it does not use those colors.

Any help is appreciated.
