While i haven't tested it out...I'm going to guess that it won't work in Storyline. However, Storyline does offer a large range of player customization options, so you may find that you won't need any specialized skins.
Your old skins will not work with Storyline. Presenter was AS2 and the player architecture is completely different. SL and Presenter '12 will both use the same AS3 player in Flash publish. An SDK has not yet been released for Storyline.
Mike is right, there's quite a bit you can do right in Storyline using variables, states, triggers and master slides.
See, I was originally going to just come out and say "No". But in the back of my mind I thought *just about the time I do, Steve, or Phil, or someone will come along and say "Here's the workaround for that!"*.
