It appears that in the templates available for download on this site that the drag and drop exercises only perform the way they do if you keep the submit button within storyline. We haven't been able to customize it to use our own. Is there a way to fix that?
I personally haven't used any of the templates that are available for download, but I use a custom 'OK' button (with the default 'submit' button switched off) to submit all of my quiz questions and interactions.
Once you have added your button to the base layer, select the button and add the following trigger:
Im not sure that it is possible, seeing it is a template from your online site - I don't know if it is using the "drag and drop" template that would appear in the drop down list...
It shouldn't matter what template you are using. You are still able to create a customized button and add the 'submit interaction' trigger to it. As long as the drag and drop interaction is already on the slide, it will appear in the interaction drop down list.
