How to I change the font, size, and text alignment for the displayed variable in a numeric data entry field? It seems to stay at 12 pts and left margin.
I think if you're really insistent, it will work. I've attached a story here. I did have to "insist." I found that I had to set the size AFTER setting the alignment. It' definitely a little fussy, though.
Thanks for your help Rebecca. The problem was that I failed to create a character in the field, then failed to highlight it when I was changing the attributes. Your idea of locking it down during the development does make sense.

I'm going to borrow from other threads where I've seen similar Q/A. Try locking the field after you've set the size and alignment.
