Hey Susan. You wouldn't be able to adjust the parameters of the area you are recording. You could use your zooming on your computer (depending on what software you're recording) to zoom in, and the Storyline 2 should capture what you're doing.
Alternatively, you can add Zoom Regions on your slides once you insert your screen recording.
