Deactivate Articulate

I am trying to deactivate Articulate Storyline on my company lap top, so I can reactvate it on my company desktop, however, when I go to deactivate it on my lap top, I get an error message from Articulate Storyline that says it is "Unable to connect to the activation server. Check your internet connection and try again." However, I am connected to the internet, and my internet connection is fine.
Can you please advise ASAP.

Are you behind any company firewalls that might be preventing the communication from occurring? That might be the first thing to look into, but know that our support team is also happy to help if you'd like.

I'm trying to deactivate 360 on one of my computers. Instructions I found mentioned that I'd find the deactivate option under the Help tab. Yet, I'm not seeing the deactivate option under the Help tab. Where should I look? Thank you!

With Storyline 360 you'll just want to log out of the Desktop application, and then you can log into that on a new device to have access to all the Articulate 360 tools. If you need to download the desktop tray application again you'll want to log in with your Articulate ID when visiting: https://360.articulate.com/
