Deactivate Articulate

I am trying to deactivate Articulate Storyline on my company lap top, so I can reactvate it on my company desktop, however, when I go to deactivate it on my lap top, I get an error message from Articulate Storyline that says it is "Unable to connect to the activation server.  Check your internet connection and try again."  However, I am connected to the internet, and my internet connection is fine.

Can you please advise ASAP.

Hi Holly,

With Storyline 360 you'll just want to log out of the Desktop application, and then you can log into that on a new device to have access to all the Articulate 360 tools. If you need to download the desktop tray application again you'll want to log in with your Articulate ID when visiting:
