I have Storyline2 installed on my tower and laptop. The tower was reimaged by our IT department before I deactivated Storyline2. I now need to install Storyline2 on an additional laptop but we get a message saying installations/activations are at a maximum. My question is, can one of my installations be deactivated from your end?
