Hi Cindy,

A dead machine is never any fun...but our team is happy to help! I saw you were in a case already with Vevette, but let us know if you need anything further. We're not able to remotely deactivate a computer, but our team can check into the current number of activations and add an additional one based on a situation like a machine that no longer works.
