I had installed Storyline on a machine that died so I need to k ow how I can deactivate Storyline from that machine because it won't allow me to install Storyline on another machine.
A dead machine is never any fun...but our team is happy to help! I saw you were in a case already with Vevette, but let us know if you need anything further. We're not able to remotely deactivate a computer, but our team can check into the current number of activations and add an additional one based on a situation like a machine that no longer works.
I want to activate a license for a new machine. I have just uninstall the articulate storyline from the old maquine; but when I want to active the new, it say that i have excedeeded the numbers of activation. What can i do? Thanks
