I'm not sure what error message you're receiving or the steps you're going through, but you'll want to confirm you're sharing you content as described here.

just finished a SL2 (Storyline 2) project, published it OK and clicked email get error message. as attached how do I fix this please do not send me in a circle to some forum reference. I am a Platinum support member. I am using Win 8.1 set up my default email client as outlook.com. what should I do
I have the same configuration as you SL2, Windows 8.1, Outlook 2013. I published my course and then clicked the Email button, the Outlook window didn't open automatically, Outlook was flashing in the taskbar, but when I clicked. it did open the email window with the zipped file attached.
Happy to check the Outlook settings with you if you'd like...just let me know.
Looking at that message you are not using an installed email client but are using internet based email, you would need to setup Windows Live Mail to work with your outlook email account. You may have issues with this as Windows 8 apps don't like to work with desktop apps.
For platinum support you would have to open a support case.

As Phil mentioned, platinum support is only through a Support case, and you'll want to submit it using the private link shared with you in the initial set up email. If you're unsure what that is, please reach out to our team here and if you do so, please let me know so that I can escalate the case in terms of checking your platinum support status.
I have now figured that out after trawling for a solution myself. Please
arrange for the cryptic error message to be more clear and put this solution
up in the knowledge base as it seems to be a common issue. In this way
people will not spend so much time going around in circles looking for a
solution.
