Are you finding that when inserting a True/False variable, the default value is True?
This is expected, since the default value of a True/False variable will be True in all versions of Storyline, unless you change it on the dropdown menu shown above.
Yes, I know I can change it. My question was why the Default 'Default value' is 'true'. At least so far have all my Boolean variables default value been 'False'.
The variables have to default to True or False. Articulate had to choose one or the other, and they chose True. I, too, want the majority of the ones I use to have an initial value of False, but I think their choice of True is as defensible as any other, maybe more so.
