When testing some E-Learning packages there is a delay between the last PowerPoint slide and the first question slide. I have created numerous packages, with the same content but in different languages. Some run smoothly, some have delays of 5-10 minutes before you can advance to the questions, and one had a delay of 40+ minutes. I have checked and rechecked all the triggers etc, and they are all the same.
any advice / resolutions gretaly appreciated - thanks
Wow, a 5-10 minute delay is really significant, and 40+ minutes is unheard of! I'm really glad you reached out about this. Can you help me with a few key details about your project?
Are you using Storyline or Presenter?
Which version of the software are you using? (Storyline 360, Presenter 360, Presenter '13, etc.)
Is the published output hosted on a web server or a learning management system (LMS)?
What web browser were you using when this happened?
As a next step, I'd suggest testing the published output on SCORM Cloud. Then you can compare the behavior in SCORM Cloud to your LMS experience to try to parse out file issues versus LMS issues. We are happy to help you with that testing if you'd like to share your file privately!

Hi I'm using Storyline 360, and I published it to my new LMS, and I'm using Google Chrome
Thanks for the details, Melanie!
