delayed response on D2L

I have uploaded a completed project on our D2L platform successfully, but I'm finding that the playback is delayed within our quizzes. The Quiz contains audio files that play on a Pick One layout. They automatically receive Correct/Incorrect feedback with the audio layer played again. My problem is that the reaction time between when the user selects their response to when the feedback shows, causes the audio to delay and overlap.
This does not occur on SCORM Cloud and, while I would love to use it to run the programs, that isn't an option. Does anyone have suggestions about how I might create a work-around so that the listener/user isn't given bad feedback? I do have a message into our D2L support group, but they don't know what to do.

Update. I offset the response by .75 seconds and it seems to have helped, but would love other advice so I don't have to do that to each of our slides within the quiz banks (there are several).
And then it didn't.

I'm sorry to hear you're still having difficulty with your LMS, but if it works within SCORM Cloud I'd have to defer to your LMS team for additional assistance.
Thanks, Ashley. That's what I thought and I have reached out to them to no avail thus far. I'll keep plugging away.
Sorry Virginia - I wish I could offer more, but hopefully others in the community will be able to weigh in and offer ideas.
Newest (happiest) update. We were able to try it on CanvasLMS with no problems. Hooray!
