I’ve got a user to test the module I’ve created in Storyline through their mobile device. He has an Android phone (Samsung). Unfortunately he is only able to see half the module on his screen – it’s too big and he can’t see the bottom half. The same module was deployed to an iPhone user and it works fine.
Unfortunately, Articulate doesn't support Android devices for mobile content. However, I have seen some posts from community members that have been able to get their courses running on the devices.
Here's one thread that has a couple of suggestions (this is for a tablet, not a phone, but it may help with the display):
