I've installed the newest update for storyline 2 and I'm noticing that all of my .story files saved to the desktop are now shown as blank white page icons. Is anyone else experiencing this issue. I'm concerned about opening more projects in case they are being corrupted in some way. I've attached an example of what I'm seeing. . .
If anyone has any ideas about this I'd really appreciate your insight. Thanks!
Thanks for reaching out here about this. Our QA team is aware of this and I'm also experiencing it as well. I'm not sure of a way to prevent or correct at this time. Seems to only be a display issue with newly created files and any 'updated' to the latest version. It does not affect the files themselves, however, only the icons.
I have attached this to the report with our QA Team so that we can update when applicable.
