Have storyline and created a course. When we upload it to LMS, it freezes on second slide with audio. First slide has audio and plays fine. If we bypass the troublesome slide, the same thing happens on the next slide with audio.
The thing locks up on an old version of Firefox (unable to update) on company network. It runs on laptops not connected to company network.
We replaced audio, republished and reposted.
I have been searching for ideas, but nothing is working. Help!
We had something similar, but it was with non-Storyline recordings. They would pause like they were buffering. If you click the pause buttin and then almost immediately click the play button it would keep going like nothing is wrong.
If that sounds like your issue, let me know and I'll find out what version of Flash we are using as we don't have the problem anymore since Adobe sent us the patch.
