Is there a way to check whether the media video is playing?
I've set a media to appear somewhere on the slide timeline and set it to play automatically, I want to trigger a state change on one other visible element (to make it hidden) by checking when the video has started playing, but I don't see any option to do so.
The only option I can see is to make video play be triggered by click or by another element, but the requirement is that video should play automatically, and my problem with that is how to check if the video has started playing.
Have you set the video to start at a particular point on the timeline or at the start of the timeline? What about adding another offstage object that appears on the timeline at the same time as the video and you could adjust the state of your element to hidden when the timeline begins on that offstage object?
