Determining if Interaction Was Answered Correctly
May 24, 2013
I've always wanted to be able to determine in a trigger if an interaction on a given page has been answered correctly or not. I've had various workarounds to do this, but have come up with a new one:
To determine in an interaction has been answered correctly, check to see if the "Continue" button that dismisses the correct feedback layer has been visited.
Is this the best way to do this in a trigger?
Now only if I could determine from a trigger on the master slide layer if the page was an interaction, and determine the status of that interaction. Then things would be much more simple since I could build complex navigation controls on the master layer instead of each slide...

An additional note - I want this to work on multiple pages in a lesson, and to be able to copy pages freely. Therefore I don't really want to rely on a custom variable, since this would not distinguish the status on one page vs. another unless I had a different variable for each page.
Wait - this does not seem to work in HTML5 output. Rats.
