Hi Piotr. No; currently, those navigation buttons will be present on any device if your slides include them.
The Preview options in Storyline 360 will show how the Player features look on any device. If it's helpful, you can also lock the orientation on mobile devices for the best experience for your learners.
First of all, thank you for you quick respond; send of all, do you consider in the future add device aware trigger/action something similar add to Captivate? I think that will be perfect add on.
