Dial conversion, please help

Hello, I have designed my own dial and converted it to dial in SL 360. The dial is to be used to navigate to each section of the course. The learner turns the dial in the menu slide and it takes them to each section. That said, I do not know how to do this! I have converted the dial that I designed in Illustrator but I cannot set it so that each turn takes the learner to each of the 9 sections of the course, one at a time. Can someone help?
Thanks, Dan

Hi Dan,
There's a good tutorial here: https://articulate.com/support/article/Articulate-Storyline-360-Creating-a-Dial-Interaction
At the heart of it, since you've converted your image to a dial, you'll want to set the starting and ending values of the dial, the initial value and the step value. So if you have 9 sections, you'll probably want to start with 0, end with 9, have an initial value of 0, and a step value of 1. Do this with the dial selected under Dial Tools/Design.
Your triggers on the screen will be based on the dial turning, as shown here:
Don't know if this addresses everything you are concerned about, and if not, please write more!
Hi, Thanks you for the info. I will take a look at the tut and get back to you should I have any issues. Thanks again, Dan
Rather than having a menu slide with a dial, you could also add the dial to the masterslide. That way, the dial is accessible for all slides, as in this example here.
