Thanks Olivier, it looks like you're using the "submit all at once" for your quiz? This is an issue that we have reported to our QA team as it seems to impact the HTML5 output only. In the meantime, you could set each question up to submit it when you click the navigation button on the bottom right - and still have it jump to the next slide and have your feedback and such disabled. I'll also include this thread as a part of the report filed with our team so that I can share any additional information here once we have an update.
Sorry for my delayed reply, and thanks a lot for your help, that is much appreciated.
The only drawback I see in your answer, is that if I decide to not submit all at once, the "submit" button that belongs to the player will appear. Right?
That is something I would like to avoid. I want the player to be as thin as possible. Which is not the case if a button is included in.
Yes, the submit button on the player - or you could make your own submit button. You could also include the "submit" trigger for each interaction - but there would need to be something to submit it based on - perhaps when the user clicks another navigation element or based on another slide condition?
I included this thread in the report filed with our QA team so that once I have any additional information to share I'll be able to include in this thread. As long as you stay subscribed you'll receive notifications and updates here.
I wanted to provide an update here, as Storyline 2 Update 8 was just released, and included a number of fixes which you can see in the release notes available here. The item you all may be particularly interested in is how it how it fixed the issue where questions would be scored incorrectly when submitting answers all at once in HTML5 output. You can download the latest update here, and after downloading and installing the latest update you’ll want to republish any existing content to ensure that the updates and fixes are applied.

Hi Olivier!
Would you be able to share a .story file that we could take a look at so that we can understand the issue you are reporting?
Hi Leslie,
Deeply sorry for my very late response.
You'll find enclosed an example of the discrepancy I mentioned.
That is the zip file issued after publishing the course. HMTL5 and Flash are in there.
If you can find anything that would help me understanding what I'm doing wrong that would be fantastic.
Thanks a lot!
Olivier.
Hi again,
I forgot to attach the storyline project.
Here it is.
Thanks again for your help.
Olivier.
Thanks Olivier - Leslie is out unexpectedly today so I'll take a look at what you shared and be in touch soon. Thanks for your patience.

Hi Ashley,
Understood. I did not think that way.
I'll see if I can implement that.
In the meantime, is there any way to be informed when the bug you mentioned in your first post is fixed?
Thanks again for your support.

Hi Olivier,
I did want to share that this has been documented now here, so our team is continuing to investigate.
