Different sizes of images and video content when using html5-export (resulting in black sidebars)

Hi,

I'm new with Storyline, just using a trial right now. I want to create software demonstrations using the HTML5-export. I use the screen recording option of storyline.

In the resulting HTML5-export, storyline uses screenshots (images taken from the recordings by storyline) and parts of the recordings itself. But the size of the images slightly differs from the size of the recording, resulting in black spaces in the demonstration when a recording starts to play (images: 1678*1048, recordings: 1680*1056). This problem doesn't appear when using the flash-export (but I do not want to use the flash-export). Does anyone have the same problem or does anyone have a suggestion to solve this issue?

Thanks,

M

Hmm, I think I am experiencing the same problem as de following topic: https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/software-simulation-squeezed-when-played-as-html5

I tried different browsers as well.. So it is a bug in storyline? Any idea when this will be solved?

Thanks,

M
