Different slide behavior each time I view from my LMS

When I publish my content the voice over does not match the slide that is on the screen. This only happens when I publish and it behaves differently each time I view it. Sometimes the voice over lines up, sometimes it skips a whole screen, sometimes when I've asked the user to "right click" something on the screen the user actually has to left click to see the next thing and sometimes it works as it should. I'm not sure what's going on since I'm not getting the same errors each time I play the presentation from my LMS. 

I know I've seen discussions about this before on the forums but the "Search" in the top right corner isn't yielding any results when I search for anything. I started to get suspicious and searched for "slide" and "published content"- just really huge concepts and still no results found for the most simple subjects. Is this broken or am I searching in the wrong place?

Hi Stephanie,

In regards to searching the forums, we've heard from some users that they're unable to find anything even as you mentioned using very obvious one word terms. This has been shared with our team and they're looking into advanced searching features for a future update to the Heroes forums. In the meantime, you may want to use this method to search the forums:

Its the method I use to really focus in the results I need. 

In regards to your LMS question, I can't think of a thread nor did I find one searching that sounds like what you're describing. I'd first recommend this article on troubleshooting common LMS issues, specifically testing it at SCORM Cloud to see if the behavior is reproducible outside of your LMS.  You'll also want to ensure that you're testing the course using the supported browsers at the end of this article.
