Different Text Font

Hi everybody!

I have one problem: the same Text Font is different in preview version and published.

I have created the object Text Entry to take a user's name. Then his name is saved in memory like variable TextEntry.

Next, to turn to user I use this variable TextEntry through the Reference.

As a result, in preview version and in the Articulate I have normal text font, but in published version text font of this TextEntry is different.

Help please!

Hi Milton-

This didn't work for me - any ideas? I'm stumped - I work on a Mac. When I publish the project, the font looks fine in Chrome for Windows, but is altered in Chrome on the Mac side of things.

Thoughts, anyone?

Hi Logan,

This discussion is a bit older, so I'll like to help by starting from the beginning.

What version of Storyline are you authoring in?
When you're using a custom font have you used that for text on the slide? Text Entry? Variable references?
Are you testing the published output on your local drive or have you uploaded to a web/ Learning Management System (LMS) environment?
Can you share a copy of your .story file with us and some screenshot of what you're seeing? You can upload those using the "Add Attachment" button at the bottom of the reply window.
