I encountered some problems with DIM
Although I did not choose DIM but my feedback screen is still blurry (pic 1), is there a way for the feedback screen to look as clear as the slide below? (pic2)

Hi Phuong,
There are two factors that affect how your slides appear. Although you have de-selected the DIM option, you also need to reformat the background on your feedback slides. It is likely that they have been set up with a white background with a transparency of 29%. This will produce the affect in your Pic1 above. If you set this background to No Fill or 100% Transparency, you will see the effect in your Pic2 above.
The idea of the semi-transparent background is to make the feedback stand out when it displays on the slide by partially obscuring the main contents of the base layer underneath.
