Disabled state on a button works fine layer to layer within slide. But when I jump to a slide and return, disabled state of the button is still interactive?
Articulate Storyline lets you apply multiple triggers to the same object. You can also apply triggers to master slides and content slides. Here are the rules regarding the order in which all these triggers get executed when learners view your published course.

Yep got that covered, still same thanks.
OK, I got this to work fine on both another slide and layer with a New Storyline project.
Thinking that the project is corrupt?
Have attached project
Thanks
(I also tried a custom back button other than the default)
Update.
Simply changed order of triggers for the button. Change state first then jump to.
(Did not imagine that trigger order was relevant?)
Thanks for sharing Michael!
