Disabling a story until another story is complete.
Feb 27, 2019
Hi. We are using moodle to upload a number of Storyline courses as Moodle modules in one course page. In other words, there are 3 modules in this course page. each module has a scorm paackage (Storyline 360 course).
Is it possible within Articulate storyline to only allow users to commence the second Storyline course in Module 2 once the 1st course (in Moodle Module 1)is complete.
I realise yiu can hide modules in moodle and/or only make certain modules visable or enabled but is there a way through Storyline? E.g a random number generator that displays when last slide on course 1 is visited that can "unlock" course 2?
Many thanks in advance.

Hi Brendan!
Since each Storyline module stands alone as it's own SCORM File, you would need to use a setting in Moodle to unlock the next course once the first course is complete.
I'll leave it to other Moodle users to help you with the specifics!
you'll need to use: https://docs.moodle.org/en/Restrict_access_settings
Basically - in SCORM package 1, set the conditions for what defines when this scorm package is "complete" - using score/complete passed lesson status or just viewed.
In the next SCORM package, set the activity to be locked until SCORM package 1 is complete.
