When a learner waits for the next button to appear on a slide but instead clicks on "Previous" to review last slide and then when they return to original slide, the next button is disabled permanently.
hard to say without seeing how your slide is setup. Do you have triggers to disable the Next button or are slide properties set to reset to initial state? Can you share the slide and I'm sure someone can help you.
