Disabling previous version on a publish story line in Articulate 360 Apr 10, 2018 By Mandalay Resources Hi, I have published an induction on Articulate 360 and sent the link out the required people. My manager has just asked for me to remove the access to the previous versions publish which is located in the top left corner of the page.Can this be done? if so how??

Ashley Terwilliger-Pollard Staff 6 years ago04/12/18 at 8:10 pm (UTC) Hi Mandalay, Did you publish to Articulate Review? If so, take a look at using the Set Password and that would prevent folks from seeing the course if they didn't know the password.
