We recently switched from Windows XP to 7. During this transition we lost saved Designs and Custom Colours.
Also, I'm just noticing now that all but 1 of the photographic charactors is gone (I'm pretty sure there were a whole bunch before, but can't be certain as I don't use them). Does anyone know why this would be?
If you had the character pack installed you would have had a photographic characters. Might be worth while to check. You never know when you decide to use them.

It looks like the Design Themes are stored here:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Articulate\Templates\Themes
Regarding the characters, you'll need the link provided in your confirmation email from Articulate, as described in this Articulate support article.
If you don't have that, you could contact Support.
