When I put a hyperlink in with text in a text box, when the user hovers over the hyperlink the plain text disappears. Does anyone know how to stop this occurrence?
Can you provide more detail? So you have standard text and hyperlinked text all in one text box? And the standard text disappears when users hover over the hyperlink?
Have you changed font or background colors anywhere?

Could you isolate the slide with the hyperlink and attach it ?
What is the color depth of your computer settings, it should be set to be Millions
