Is it possible toshow the playerin standing positioninstead oflying on an iPad? I have created the player size in standing position (height 720 and length 540 pxl) and all looks great inside Storyline until I open it with iPad. Then the player is only showing in laying position although the content is standing.
Are you using the mobile player app? If so, the app doesn't have a vertical or portrait mode, only horizontal or landscape. You should be able to view your content in a vertical mode if viewing the HTML5 content.
No problem Maria. It's also worth noting that Storyline is not set up for a responsive design approach in HTML5 so if you rotate your iPad, it won't rescale to fit the new layout, but will respond to the behavior as described here.
