display number of questions right - not a score

you could add a number variable where you set a trigger that adds +1 when the user clicks submit on condition the correct answer has been selected on each slide.  Then show that variable on the result slide.

I could really use a visual of what this would look like. I tried adding a number variable and assigned it to each submit button, but...? Im not understanding...
